Celebration of the 556th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Mata Sahib Kaur College of Nursing celebrated the 556th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji on 5th November with respect and devotion.
The program included the Bhog of Sri Sehaj Paath Sahib, followed by Kirtan performed by the students. Afterwards, Langar was served to all students and staff by the college management.
The celebration reminded everyone of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings of kindness, equality and sewa.

REPORT ON PHARMACOVIGILANCE Week 2025

Pharmacovigilance Week 2025 was observed from 17th–23rd September at Mata Sahib Kaur College of Nursing, Mohali.
A guest lecture by Dr. Ajay Prakash (PGIMER, Chandigarh) highlighted the importance of drug safety, ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) reporting and the important role of nurses in patient care.
The interactive session helped students understand pharmacovigilance practices, ADR forms, and how responsible reporting improves healthcare. Let’s promote drug safety together.

The college filled with joy as students celebrated Lohri.
Students' performances shared the festival's spirit and traditions. Everyone joined in and enjoyed the happy mood.
After the shows, students and teachers shared Lohri treats and sweets. The event brought everyone together and spread good feelings throughout the campus.
